Ground-up office building for a regional professional services firm. Steel framing, curtain wall glazing, and a full tenant fit-out completed in a single contract.

Full renovation — 3,100 sq ft existing home
Complete gut renovation of a 1990s home — new kitchen, two new bathrooms, updated electrical and plumbing, new HVAC, and refinished hardwood floors throughout.

Spec build — 2,800 sq ft single-family home
Spec home built for resale in a growing Canton subdivision. Efficient build schedule, high-demand finishes, and sold before certificate of occupancy.

Addition — 8,500 sq ft warehouse expansion
Tilt-up concrete addition to an existing distribution facility. Work phased to keep the client's operations running throughout construction.

Addition & renovation — 600 sq ft addition + kitchen remodel
Rear addition expanding the kitchen and adding a sunroom. Structural work required opening the existing rear wall and tying the new addition into the original foundation.
